This is the same for MS COCO: https://github.com/AlexeyAB/darknet/issues/4085 https://github.com/AlexeyAB/darknet/issues/4085 Lots of datasets are semi-automatically generated, with human oversight. Sometimes annotators miss things or are just plain lazy.
