Non tech, but leadership related screw up for me. I started a surprisingly popular motorcycle group ride. Around 20 people show up to the first ride and I'm a bit nervous. I forget the route pretty quickly and we all get lost and separated. One person crashed. One person got a big ticket for speeding/improper parts. The ride back was nice though. Overall one of the craziest days on my life.
