Surely the main goal is to drive out older workers. Some number of them will refuse to tolerate repeated exposure to such nonsense.
- jressey 7y agoIt is to reduce labor cost and ultimately increase the bottom line. Many people will leave because they don't "fit." Many people will be attracted and take a lower salary than they deserve in exchange for "culture."
