From Lagun Aro I do not have exact numbers sorry but I know that the main idea is to have +-60%. For example, right now in my company we are at 50% of people with vote rights because an unprecedented grow in last years (went from 250 to 340 workers in 4 years) with the idea to go back to 60% little by little depending on market conditions.
