I think you meant the minute hand? The hour hand moves 0.5 degrees per minute. I also think your parent comment meant arc-minutes.

- jwmerrill 7y agoYes, you’re right about the minute hand. Oops. “arch minute” is a term used in the article, but “arc minute” also sounds more standard to me.
