What phone? If they don’t have the parts, what do you expect them to do?
- oceanghost 7y agoI expect any process to be "honest." Apple is not fundamentally honest.
- oceanghost 7y agoSorry, I realized I didn't answer your question. It wasn't that they didn't have the parts-- they REFUSED to service the phone because the "computer says the battery is ok" even though it only lasted 3 hours.
