GoDaddy Screwed Up

8.01.2020 - Purchased a domain from ended auction 9.01.2020 - Called support, got told it’ll arrive on 16.01 16.01.2020 - Got refunded (never asked for it in the first place) got no domain, called support, told “the deal was off”, they’ll reply with details till this day - Nobody takes responsibility, nobody replied, the case is forgotten
