If I sell you a laptop with a copy of Omnigraffle that I bought using a stolen credit card, and the license gets revoked, who is to blame?
- compiler-guy 7y agoThis analogy is wrong because legitimate actors performed every transaction in the chain in a fully legal manner. There was no stolen credit card, no shifty advertising, no nothing that was wrong. Tesla screwed up.
