What kind of fraud? Counterfeits?

• WalterBright 7y ago
Counterfeits, adverse grading, appraisers swapping your stamps/coins out for lower grade ones, and simply lying to you about the stamps/coins. It's like the art world. Full of fakes, fraud, etc.
