Is that not referring to the same international arbitration proceeding you mentioned?
- roca 7y agoGood point, it probably is. However, they only mention it to attack Guerra's credibility (and indirectly, Chevron), but surely it is relevant that the arbitration found for Chevron? I have to conclude that the article is telling only one side of the story. That's OK I guess, but people need to stay aware of it and refrain from forming an opinion without more information.
