I think the article is targeted at employers who act in good faith and don’t discriminate.
- HarryHirsch 7y agoEveryone thinks they are the good guys. I recently interviewed with a properly progressive woman, who went on to tell me that she doesn't have a good track record interacting with old dudes, and I have no reason to doubt her good faith.
