What I had in mind is this:
Server stores H(H(pw || bFixedPub) || bFixedPriv) , bFixedPub , bFixedPriv
Server sends bFixedPub
Client sends H(pw || bFixedPub)
bFixedPub and bFixedPriv are unique per password.
