Doing it right is first resort, avoidance is a last resort, and in between might involve a jungle of Is There A Process, can we change it, why not, does literally everyone else hate this guy too and is afraid to say anything, was this guy just hungry or something, is there some reason we can't fire him..&c&c and then maybe the last resort.
