I have the same as this guy. official dell os, no added drivers, updated to all changes, did some recommended bios update. 4k screen, less than 5 hours. it occasionally won't put up the login prompt when locked - it moves the mouse but bit it won't put up the login panel. Thus I have to power off to reboot. The late 2019 4k is a lemon. I tried to return it and they wouldn't take it back. I got it in mid Dec, figured they would update the drivers and tweak it to get better battery, but it never happened by mid jan. then it was too late.
