We should direct those slimeballs to this thread so they can get a dose of reality. Actually... not this thread... a transcript of this thread. We wouldn't want their kind frequenting HN!
- harold 16y agoI suppose that's where some of the "I found an answer on EE I couldn't find anywhere else" responses come from.
- shrikant 16y agoNo need to suppose - check out the profile and posting history of each of those commenters and form a conclusion. (I'm one of those "I found an answer on EE I couldn't find anywhere else" people, and I stand by it)
- EnderMB 16y agoI had always contemplated the idea of asking questions that already appear on EE on Stack Overflow, simply so that their answers can be expanded upon and eventually overtake EE's results on Google.
