That’s really cool. It sets strong incentives for men to spend those 6 months with their children, but still leaves the the freedom to not take the leave (and basically forfeit 6 months of free “vacation”). I’m incredibly grateful for the combined 4 months I got to spend full time with my two children and can only recommend taking the time if you can.
