Taking the high road doesn't mean doing nothing. There are professional ways to handle the jerk's unprofessionalism. You can use this to grow yourself, rather than trying to grow an unwilling jerk.
- ochronus 7y agoI'd argue it could stick. There might be a systemic issue in this case, such as no proper interview training present. This might be a good time suggesting something like that or at least doing pair practice. In my experience there are extremely few people actually trying to consciously be jerks regardless of how it looks from the other side.
