- ghaff 7y agoHaving just gone through a family situation with a fire, the fact that there was a pretty good inventory of the house was incredibly useful. I really need to do it for myself but haven't gotten around to it; it's a big job. I figure that, as a way better than nothing first cut, a low-effort approach may be to simply do a detailed walk through with a video camera and record commentary.
