Rate: $99 USD / hour. I don't make a living doing this, but don't want to undercut anyone too much. This sounds boorish and arrogant to say (thought it is just time efficiency), but if the process involves a long period of talking to a variety of people in a dance of puffery, I'll probably lose interest.
