You can categorize your interruptions to see where your org is failing. For me, it's people dropping in to ask questions because it is easier to walk by and get an answer than to dig in to the problem and find it themselves.
- cylentwolf 7y agoTime to document. We have an unwritten rule that you got to check the confluence page before asking someone in person. If the answer is there then you gotta get that person a beer or lunch pending on the issue.
