God it’s rampant in the UK, completely bisected between London and the rest of the country.
- growlist 7y agoNot much more than 100 years ago, 40% of world trade passed through Liverpool: 40%! It's staggering how quickly things can turn around, and I find it just unfathomable how the wealth somehow just leached away to other places over time.
