I am "qualified in politics"...I can tell you that people who are "qualified" think no less bizarre things than people who are not (they are just of a different type). Stating that there is some kind of qualification suggests, ironically, that you don't understand what politics is. The point is that there is tension, uncertainty (this is a bit like modern views on capitalism...can we have the money but no failure, pls...lul).
