Bitcoin full nodes running over Tor can also be attacked similarly? I think yes however not sure and not every full node over Tor follows same configuration

  All crypto services should be run through a decentralized, extra-codebase voting scheme to generate a confidence interval. Mature services like Bitcoin should have multiple clients and client versions available, geographically distributed across a range of networks, frustrating identification and creating an aggregate mechanism for rapidly detecting anomalous output and mitigating unknown attacks. I implemented this ~8 years ago.
