If this developer had reversed engineered some documentation about the private API could that also receive a DMCA?

- qes 7y agoYes. I could publish the source code of, say, my access control system, along with instructions on how it could be bypassed, but yet if you use those instructions to bypass it, that is a violation of the DMCA.
