It would only work if all residents are covered, right?
In New Zealand citizens and residents can get govt support for accomodation, yet there are crazy numbers of homeless people everywhere!
- 2rsf 7y agoI can't find a quote but as far as I know it's true across the EU- permanent residents get the same rights as citizens (except for voting, working for some government positions etc)
