- danShumway 7y agoIs that taking into account inflation? ~20 million per year 40 years ago is comparatively a lot more money than it would be today. I can't tell if the 55 year period should make the total program cost seem better or worse to me.
- evgen 7y agoYes, it is in 2020 dollars and future costs are adjusted for expected inflation.
