It's crazy how big it is.

That image covers an area 2.5x the size of Earth, but it's showing less than 0.1% of the Sun.
- puzzledobserver 7y agoDoes that mean that the material within those structures is moving at supersonic speeds? The video makes it look almost serene. I wonder what the speed of sound is in the solar medium, at the ambient temperature and pressure.
