Please don’t add a mouse cursor to iOS, No! I assume you're talking about iPadOS. I use the new mouse support in iPadOS all the time, and absolutely love it when I'm using my iPad like it's a laptop computer at my desk. It's so much more comfortable and ergonomic than constantly reaching up and pawing at the screen.
