Actually didn't know about `GroupByˋ. Quite strange, seeing how it builds buckets almost exactly like ˋDictionary<K, V>ˋ, according to Reference Source. Thanks for your insight. I also found out .NET Core 3 has pre-sized versions of ˋToDictionaryˋ and possibly others.
