I don’t know why this was downvoted. Recent events have proved that if the victim is a British motorcyclist, for example, extradition does not apply.

- lonelappde 7y agoThat's not because the victim was a person. That's because the perpetrator was an elite -- a member (via marriage) of the regime that is protecting her.
