Thanks for the advice. I'm about 90% done with my project so I would much rather go all in at this point. I wouldn't have quit if I had more responsibilities such as a mortgage, kids, family, etc.

Ah, ok. Great to hear that. The way I read it was that you quit and only then would start on a project. 80/20 rule still applies though :)
