Did you have to escalate via twitter or did you try other options first?
I'm asking because if twitter was the first escalation and it worked, Great!
If twitter was another resort after unsuccessful support.... not so great.
- balls187 7y agoI first went through their online support, but quickly followed up over twitter (which IIRC they handle support issues as well). I felt satisfied with the level of effort I had to put in to resolve the issue.
