Is this really true? I doubt many HN users are much above 'simple possession', which is a misdemeanour in most states, including California.

- throwaway17_17 7y agoSimple possession of a federally classified CDS I (which all psychotropic substance are) is a felony in almost ALL 50 states. It may be a misdemeanor in a few, but that is not ‘most’ states.
