Have you considered talking to your superior about working remotely? A good company might be willing to work with you. With that said, I'd caution you that working remotely is not a panacea. While it can certainly be more convenient in some ways it doesn't mean your workload will be cut back, and you'll have to put more effort into communication. You might also want to consider asking work about is transitioning to part-time or reduced hours instead.
