I would prefer to live in a society where corporations run everything rather than a world there bureaucrats run things. What to feed their babies is a parental choice and the government should mind its own business.
- bosswipe 7y agoLarge corporations are full of bureaucrats.
- huebomont 7y agobut companies can control that choice, and that's cool with you?
- tclancy 7y agoBecause you know the right answer for every single situation in life and don't need any coaxing in the right direction and all your neighbors do as well? Weird that you created an account just to post this.
- JaimeThompson 7y agoI can talk to my representatives and possibly work to vote them out when they do things I don't like. How do I do that to corporations with monopoly level powers?
- AlgorithmicTime 7y agoWhen was the last time you were able to vote out a government bureaucrat? Sure, in theory, they work for the elected officials, but practically, it's nigh-impossible to remove them.
- andybak 7y agoI'd quite like a world where both were recognized as potentially toxic and held in check by decent people. Your attempt to present us with a false dichotomy is very suspicious. You are either blinded by ideology or pushing an agenda.

- markdown 7y agoWhen corporations produce all the media that parents consume, "parental choice" becomes merely an illusion.
- Consultant32452 7y agoWhen China/Iran/North Korea/government controls all the media that parents consume, "parental choice" also becomes merely an illusion. One of the problems with corporate media today is that it's always aligned with the state on topics such as war. "The battle is won when the average American regards a corporate journalist exactly as they regard a tobacco executive." ~Michael Malice
