Some stuff is VERY hard to add later, and will cost much more: - Security - Usability - Cross platform - Accessibility - Type safety/Type hinting - Performance If you delay too much in pay attention to this stuff, then the cost later will increase so much. And then only a massive refactoring will fix it (or worse, like in one of my projects, a total change of langs and frameworks!)
