There's a few little random geek references I've thrown in on different pages just for fun :)
- petervandijck 16y agoIt's not humorous, it actually bothered me. If you don't have testimonials, don't have a "testimonials" section! On a more helpful note: where are the screenshots?
- mmilo 16y agoApologies, meant no offence. There's a demo video on the front page and some screenshots on the about page on the right hand side.
- tlianza 16y agoI got the joke immediately and thought it was funny. Reminded me of a comedic movie (who's name escapes me) who advertised the review "If you like movies like this, you'll love this movie."
- petervandijck 16y agoNo apology needed, no offence meant by me either. (And: downvoted?) As for the screenshots: I much prefer them on the homepage instead of a video. Video takes time, screenshots don't. :)
- rst 16y agoNot humorous? I laughed out loud. This is obviously work in progress, and presented as such. It's expected that some things will be dummied up, for all the usual reasons: the design is part of what's under evaluation, and text of some kind is better for that than a hole in the page. An actual launch with testimonials like these would be a mistake, but they're not going to do that.
