Ask HN: Declarative Schema for Caching?

Have seen a bunch of teams lately with complex & undocumented caching designs that require lots of code reading to understand and host bugs / stale views. Can anyone recommend a schema language that can describe which fields get cached, the links between cached data and source of truth (i.e. keys), and the TTL / triggering of invalidations?
