What is the issue (for those of us who don't have a google account)?
- ademarizu 7y agoIt was a request to add USB host functionality to Android... in 2008.
- James_STT 7y agoFunctionality that was added in 2011! https://developer.android.com/about/versions/android-3.1-highlights#host https://developer.android.com/about/versions/android-3.1-hig...
- chris_overseas 7y agoBack in 2008 someone filed an issue titled "I hope Android will implement and support the USB host feature", a feature that has now long since been implemented. Until the issue came back to life yesterday, the last comment was from January 2014. As of now there's 40 or so new comments; quite a few are responses to one person asking "So what did everybody accomplish in these 12 years? Graduate school? Get married? Buy a house? Had kids?".
