- nscalf 7y agoYou could measure that. As far as I can tell, this whole movement of gender and sexual diversity being a key indicator of success in a workplace is entirely devoid of evidence. When did we stop caring about who was good at their job? It is just plainly discrimination against straight white males, isn't that illegal?
