Ask HN: Should every employer provide free Virtual Healthcare?

Thought not free hospitalization or Home care. Don't you think it would be affordable for a company to provide Virtual Physicians to their employees and families who are in need for doctor for their aliments like - colds, allergies, infections and minor injuries. - diabetic & Hypertension care, preventive care - other issues which can be dealt without a doctors visit?
