After reading this article, I think I have undiagnosed ADHD...
- Wheaties466 7y agoIts extremely important to get diagnosed by a professional if you do feel this way. Un-Diagnosed ADHD can lead to a whole bunch of other life issues. Its nice to at least be aware of it.
- munk-a 7y agoPlease do seek professional care and don't try any of the self-medicating techniques mentioned here. From someone else with ADHD, there's nothing to be ashamed about and if it's hard right now - I hope it gets easier.
