When I pay a credit card, its a credit and a debit. You see the money leave a checking account, and applied to the credit card. IF for some reason the sign is backwards, open a support case with them, tell them they are interpreting the data wrong, and after spending a little time convincing level 1 and 2 support you arent wrong, they forward your call to engineering. In my experience, everything ive ever reported to them about them incorrectly ingesting data, gets fixed. (not always super promptly, but they fix it.)
