Have you considered another country? They have quite a few of them. Vietnam? Madagascar? The Australian outback? Peleliu? Hong Kong? Morocco? South Africa? Costa Rica? Argentina? Have you even tried Alaska, which is a US state and everything? If living in a confined space sounds like fun, have you tried living on a submarine?
