Is this a hard rule? I didn't see all submissions on 1st of January to have (2019) tags, and this paper is not that old (Nov 2019).
- gpderetta 7y agoFWIW, I did submit this in 2019, but it did get no traction; it got resubmitted by the mods as they thought it was interesting.
