When the population decreases.
- Decade 7y agoThe example of Tokyo is showing that even if the population decreases, the urban center can keep growing for a while because of the benefits of urbanization. On top of that, I anticipate growing displacement due to climate change. This is not the time to slow down home construction.
- blaser-waffle 7y agoIt's hard to compare Tokyo to other places -- it's a global mega city that is only comparable to a handfull of other global cities like LA, London, HK, or Moscow.
