Second is the added value of being able to go on vacation or visit friends while bringing your house with you. Set a destination, go to bed, and wake up several states away in your friends driveway. Makes a trip to Chicago for the weekend much cheaper if you only need to pay for a lot to park and the cost of charging your presumably electric vehicle. As opposed to renting an Airbnb or hotel.
