Just respond "SkyNet". :) Every dystopia starts with strict, individual tracking and erosion of individual rights in the name of "security" or "convenience". It doesn't mean we're headed there intentionally, but as they say, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions". So my answer is, "I don't know, and I don't really want to find out".
