I just don't see what deno is going to build with access flags that couldn't be solved by writing off local code and wrapping everything npm does into container

I just don't see what deno is going to build with access flags that couldn't be solved by writing off local code and wrapping everything npm does into containers. There's nothing special to install in linux for a long time to use containers and once WSL2 is done, if it's made available to all windows either that or native containers it can just be the way npm works, managing containers.
