Passionately agree with thinking a lot before adding an element to your infrastructure. That might just be the main point I'm trying to make in the document. I love the idea of infrastructure as code and at some point I will try to write a small js library that performs these types of tasks - but first I'm trying to get to the point where I'll actually need it. I feel that bash won't scale beyond a certain point (or rather, a scalable bash solution would be much easier to write in js or another high level language). In any case, I'll have Ansible as my benchmark of a great solution to run a large infrastructure.
